Murray Kimber is a Canadian artist who has been creating some beautiful artwork in the worlds of children's book and editorial illustration.
Read More... He trained at The Alberta College of Art and Design and worked for a time as a graphic designer in an advertising agency. He has won several awards for his illustrations in the books, "Josepha: A Prairie Boy's Story" by Jim McGugan and "Fern Hill" by Dylan Thomas. Although Murray is influenced by the works of many famous painters, he says his earliest inspiration came from the comic books, magazines, and political cartoons he read as a child. He lives in Canada, after a brief sojourn in Mexico. with his wife and new baby.
