When we are able to provide layaway purchases for our clients, we do so with the cooperation of our artists. If the layaway agreement is unfulfilled within a three month period, all artwork is returned to inventory, and one-half of the deposit is returned to the client as Gallery credit. Any agreement other than this must be in writing and agreed to between the Gallery, who represents the wishes of the artists, and the client.
RETURNS:
We are happy to exchange any painting for Gallery credit as long as several criteria are met. They include:
The painting must be returned to the Gallery within seven days of purchase.
The artwork must be in the same condition it was in when it left the Gallery.
The cost of the artwork cannot be applied towards another piece of art. We cannot refund the purchase price of a painting in any way except Gallery credit.
BOOK RETURNS:
We are happy to exchange any book purchased at the Gallery for store credit as long as the book is in saleable condition.
